Here’s How To Register For The Africa Tech Festival Coming Up In November

AfricaTech and AfricaCom is set to host Africa’s virtual Tech festival for 2021. The event, set to happen in less than 2 months from now, is scheduled for November 8th to 12th, 2021. This festival brings together, change makers in the tech industry to network, and help build a more digital-inclusive Africa.

Having been consistent for the past 24 years, this festival boasts about 400 influential speakers from different countries, and over 16 conferences in with razor-shaped focus on Africa’s digital connectivity and entrepreneurial tech trends.

This year’s festival focuses on a variety of themes to include:

  • The real value of Africa’s fourth industrial revolution
  • Green ICT and Renewable Energy sustainability
  • AI for Africa
  • Cybersecurity and Data Protection

Speakers include: Peter Ndegwa from Safaricom, Juliet Mhango from Cell C, Pinky Kekana, Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Republic of South Africa, Siya Kolisi from The Kolisi Foundation,Charles Molapisi from MTN, Shameel Joosub from Vodacom Group, and many others.

In 2020, there were 12,000 registered attendees, 400 speakers from over 170 countries, 40% buyside audience, 17,000+ contacts made, and an exchange of 54,000+ messages. This year’s event will bring in more results, as the event is backed up by brands from around the world: Microsoft, Forbes, Amazon Web Service, Google, Safaricom, Telkom, Twitter, MTN, Airtel, among others.
