Today, MTN Uganda launches a data fibre initiative christened MTN Business Internet suitable entrepreneurs and SMEs, and other business-inclined service providers to access the digital hub to sell their goods and services with unlimited data packages. The internet initiative is exclusive for Ugandans to drive data or digital inclusion in the country just as the internet service provider has done in other commercial zones of Africa.

According to MTN, the Business Internet is an ideal campaign for the natives of Uganda to accept the digital hub as a lucrative space or marketplace to promote business sales. The MTN Business Internet offers affordable data connectivity for SMEs and entrepreneurs subscribed to its services whilst they gain access to other packages to promote their businesses such as an official business email, virtual meetings, data for virtual apps, fast internet connectivity, and so much more.

The MTN Business Internet issues unlimited data packages to SMEs subscribed to its services which match the fast broadband connectivity the data services provider has evolved to overtime. For effective business operations, MTN Uganda has given the natives of Uganda a means to access the web which is likely to position the eastern region of Africa as a data inclusive space of the continent.

The Ugandan digital space has been striving to gain recognition within the continental digital space and the General Manager of MTN Uganda’s Enterprise Business Unit, Ibrahim Senyonga has made it possible for the natives of his country to access unlimited data provision via the MTN Business Internet launch. Aside from Ibrahim’s commitment to solving the digital lapses in his country, the MTN Group is on the verge to pioneer high-end broadband inclusion in the continent.

Ibrahim said that the MTN Business Internet launch “makes an affordable, fast, and reliable internet connection of paramount importance. With MTN Business Internet, more business owners across the country shall be able to efficiently run their businesses using MTN’s fast, reliable, and affordable yet unlimited internet that can handle all the different needs of their businesses.”

Business Internet by MTN is a provisional fibre data initiative for the Ugandan natives to be a part of the internet hub practitioner as they accept digital innovation that will be suitable for marketing their services to targeted customers and for clients to close deals virtually without the need for real-time business practice. Making business operations more seamless in Africa is an ideal initiative that makes the likes of SMEs and entrepreneurs remain lucrative.

Since the 2020 encounter with the world’s deadliest disease, several real-time parastatals have embraced conducting seamless businesses to avoid real-time contact and the MTN Business Internet launch is ideal for seamless business operations. Ugandan SMEs can access the Business Internet remotely via the MyMTN App without visiting the MTN real-time store. Browse the app and click the ‘Business Solutions’ to subscribe for unlimited data connectivity. The MTN Business Internet solution is either available in the ‘Life package’ which offers 20MBPS at Ugx.195,000 or the ‘Essential package’ which offers 40MBPS at Ugx.295,000.

It is worth noting that either of the preferred packages is available per month which is equivalent to thirty days of connectivity of an unlimited data subscription that makes business existence to be reliable on fast data connectivity.

Ibrahim confirmed his company’s schematics to drive inclusive digitized data coverage across the continent and MTN Business Internet is another ambitious scheme to actualize business innovation via inclusive data connectivity. Recall that the MTN Group is flirting with Telkom Mobile with the sole intent of adding the network service providers to its list of subsidiaries acknowledging the fact that Telkom currently dominates the eastern African region with high-end broadband connectivity.
