Shiip branches out of its logistics aggregation scale to debut a new warehouse and inventory management software in terms of expanding the start-up solutions. The logistics aggregator start-up company is keen on attaining global expansion whereby its customers which comprise SMEs and e-commerce solutions can access their operation across the earth. Shiip’s lead marketer, Semiloore Akoni disclosed in-depth functions of the software debut that allows SMEs and e-commerce solutions to branch out seamlessly.

Since the logistics aggregator is keen on attaining global expansion, the new warehouse and inventory management software allows SMEs and e-commerce solutions to access the platform via any location without continental or cross-border restraint. However, the exclusive operations Shiip currently offers impact high operational costs to access either the logistics or warehousing, and both.

“Storage infrastructure is still not where we’d like it to be and it has been a pain point businesses and, even farmers, have had to contend with in the past. Since issues like this still happen, businesses continue to suffer avoidable losses that stifle growth.” Akoni said, ”business owners can rest assured that their goods will always be carefully handled and stored in climate-controlled storage facilities so that it reaches the end-users or customers in the best state possible.”

Shiip

Akoni’s statement denotes Shiip’s commitment to bringing warehousing to the fingertips of its users whereby the continent needs ideal storage infrastructure to ease the likes of e-commerce solutions from the stress of adequate warehouse facilities. The logistics aggregator CEO, Quadry Olalekan, also concurs with Akoni’s office that pitched the debut of the virtual warehouse and inventory manager.

“Our main aim is to provide small and medium scale businesses, be it fintech companies, retailers, logistics or small business owners, the right support they need to succeed”
Quadry explained that “the past three years, we have aggregated delivery and logistics services for thousands of businesses. We understand the challenges and peculiarities that come with managing deliveries to Nigerian, African, and broadly, International customers, therefore, the expansion of our services to include warehousing and inventory management is a natural progression.”

Shiip currently has over 82 courier networks aggregating logistics solutions across the continent posing as a lead role for SMEs and e-commerce providers emulation. At the moment, the logistics aggregator start-up company is the official logistics partner for Flutterwave Store, ThankUCash, Klasha, and SunFI which makes the software an optimal initiative for its partners to access adequate storage infrastructure.
