Today, the African tech sphere records another partnership as TransferGo collaborates with High Impact Careers to breed a massive population of upskilled African migrating to Europe. TransferGo announcement reported the collaboration to impact the African tech landscape unskilled population into tech-savviest professionals in dealing with tech jobs such as web development, project management, data analysis, cybersecurity, etc.
TransferGo led the announcement which denotes that the FinTech start-up company issued something like an MoU or a white paper or something inclined to pair up with the technology-inclined tutor/development company. The FinTech hired High Impact Careers as a partner to tutor the attendee tech enthusiast in a ten-week boot camp to acquire optimal skills to standardize living for African migrants abroad.
However, the fast-growing FinTech company’s commitment to the technology-inclined tutor is not streamlined on tech skill acquisition but also aids Africans’ welfare in migrating to Europe. TransferGo Chief Marketing Officer, Marius Nedelcu reported the announcement that pairs its resources with the technology trainer to accelerate its impact on the local technology landscape that plays a vital role overseas.
“We are thrilled to be playing a vital role in impacting the lives of young Africans here in Europe. Upskilling serves as a life-changing factor and we’re delighted to partner with High Impact Careers to help open up opportunities for the cohort of learners into the world of tech,” said Nedelcu.
According to the FinTech company CMO’s comment that thrilled tech enthusiasts and its indulgence to impact growth in the global economy with Africa as its starting point, while it cut across significant markets in the world. Upskilling the unskilled fraction of the African population is ideal to lead to financial inclusion through breeding genetic skills to make ends meet despite being far from home.
The ten-week boot camp is schemed on supporting tech enthusiast grooming tech-inclined skills to further support Africans migrating to Europe with inclusive earnings that also thrilled the High Impact Careers to be a partisan of impacting upskilled innovation in the African culture due to the nature of its workforce. While upskilled Africans relocate to settle as a partisan of another foreign economy, it gives TransferGo an edge to expand with its trainer to further complete e-money transactions.
“Our mission is to build a pipeline of tech and non-tech talents—which includes transferring tech skillsets to individuals who can not only benefit personally but who can go on to disrupt the tech space. Our partnership with TransferGo has helped us reach more of those individuals and the ripple effect of that impact is as infinite as time itself,” High Impact Careers COO Seun Adedeji said in compliance with the partnership it co-signed with the FinTech start-up company.
High Impact Careers COO confirmed that the FinTech start-up company collaboration will alter and upskill potential employees to migrate overseas and make a living that also impacts the foreign economy via TransferGo presence in disguise as a migrant. Adedeji also said that the upskill initiative will promote its business to reach out to more inclined technology enthusiasts to benefit from the tech skill acquisition program. Still, neither TransferGo nor High Impact Careers has confirmed when the 10 weeks of boot camp training will start.
